Enterprise Case Studies
During my time as a Product Designer at a financial services firm, I have led UX strategy and design on internal enterprise projects spanning across a holistic system redesign, end-to-end design of new applications, enhancements to existing tools, and foundational intranet information architecture.
I have worked on multiple cross-functional portfolio teams and established transparent and collaborative partnerships with new product leadership and development teams. In partnership with UX researcher and accessibility team members, I have established expectations and processes to integrate UX into the Agile workflow. Throughout this, I have continually contributed to Design Operations efforts to serve growing teams, including onboarding, design system contribution and processes, and career development support.
Below are two representative case studies of projects I led across Design, Strategy and DesignOps:

Cubicles & Computers
Cubicles & Computers is a rules-light role-playing game that I created as a team-building exercise. Laughter, creative problem solving, and teamwork showed us just how similar D&D is to UX work. |
